2013 Races

To get you motivated, The Vinton Chiropractic Center will throw in $5 HydroMassages while you train and a week after your race

We can provide you with training workouts & schedules if you're new to the running scene!

If running isn’t your style,

the races are always a 5K Run/WALK

so you can walk the 5K if you prefer!
